Hi my name is Kevin Brown and I am the owner of ISIS Health & Fitness Centre. I have been in this profession for the last 21yrs and have a vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition. The success and achievements in my life have taken me around the globe to China, India, Thailand, Russia and I have taken part in the Olympics representing the UK. I was the finalist in 2 Common Wealth games, 2 European Cups and 3 World Master Championships. I have also taken part in endless Grand pre meetings from London to China. Throughout my travels I have met and worked with some very interesting people, who have helped me to enhance my knowledge in my chosen profession.

I would like to welcome you to ISIS.

ISIS basically means ‘A Female Egyptian Goddess who helps people in need’ this inspired me to call my fitness centre ISIS because I believe in helping people like yourself to achieve their goals, targets and most of all personal fulfilment! Feel free to browse this site to familiarise yourself with what ISIS has to offer. I have a wonderful friendly team of trainers who will be more than happy to assist and guide you to take part in the right programme tailored to you. No person is the same just like your fingerprints therefore every programme is individual.

I have worked hard to achieve the highest standard of service and care for all our members at ISIS,
therefore all trainers are fully coached by me to provide an excellent service to you.

I would also like to introduce Siobhan who is the first Deaf Fitness Instructor in the UK. She will be working alongside people with the same disability which is a great achievement for this gym as we can welcome everyone.
